TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rental of the Alpage room
Prices include VAT and include :
- A fully equipped 40 m2 kitchen, 2 large tables for up to 24 people.
- A room that can accommodate 25 people standing or on chairs in front of the screen, and 23 people on the yoga mats.
- A large screen, a sound system and 24 yoga mats.
- Access to the outdoors, with two terraces, a garden, the forest and stream below, and the swimming pool (a private pool that is sometimes shared with us and our children).
- Barbecue and brazier facilities.
- Wood and coal for the fireplace, barbecue and brazier included.
General booking conditions
- A deposit of 30% is required on acceptance of the quotation.
- The balance must be paid 15 days before the rental date.
In the event of cancellation
- Up to 15 days before the rental start date, your deposit will be retained.
- Within a fortnight of the start of the rental period, you will be billed for the full amount of the quote.
Security deposit
A security deposit of 300 euros must be paid on arrival after a tour of the property by the owner, by credit card, cheque or instant transfer. It will be returned to you within 7 days of the end of your rental period.
Insurance
Professional indemnity insurance must be provided on acceptance of the quotation.
Cleanliness and use of spaces
- The various areas are clean and tidy when the keys are handed over and must be returned in the same condition.
If necessary, the sum of 90 euros will be deducted from your deposit. - No music may be played after 10 p.m.
- The swimming pool is private, but you may use it until 9pm.
- The hill is also where we live, so please be quiet around the building after 10pm.
